Our client, active in the insurance sector, is currently seeking an experienced Product Owner to reinforce their transformation team. You will be part of a squad of 4 Product Owners, working in close collaboration with underwriting, product management, and IT teams. You will play a key role in shaping the roadmap, following up on development, and ensuring end-user satisfaction through effective testing and continuous improvement.

Missions

  • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.

  • Groom and prioritize the product backlog.

  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.

  • Set sprint goals and write acceptance tests.

  • Plan releases and upgrades.

  • Monitor development progress and handle production issues during sprints.

  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users.

  • Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Refine the agile methodology based on team results and client feedback.

  • Stay informed of industry trends to continuously improve product vision.

Job requirements

Hiring Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.

  • Proven ability to manage all stages of the product life cycle.

  • Strong Agile methodology expertise (minimum 5 years).

  • Solid technical background and understanding of software development and web technologies.

  • Strong team spirit and communication abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in English and French or Dutch.
