For our customer based in Warsaw, Poland - a European Institution, we are looking for mid-level Software Developer based anywhere in the EU to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector and law enforcement.

More specifically, you will be responsible for…

• Designing and developing the system

• Leading development teams

• Translating requirements into design

• Optimizing software from performance, security and quality points of view

• Producing technical documentation

• Estimating effort and time for development

• Setting software development standards

• Proposing technical solutions for business needs and technical problems

• Collecting and interpreting software metrics

• Managing configuration and releases

• Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment

• Testing solutions and developing testing tools

• Documenting developments

• Prototyping solutions

• Acting as 2nd and 3rd line support

Are you the perfect match?

• University degree (BSc/MSc) in the field of ICT.

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the field of IT

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Software Development

• Experience in at least 3 years working with .NET

• At least 1 Software Development certificate

• An English B2 certificate or a passport from an English speaking country

• Experience in the role of Software Developer in at least 2 projects aimed at design, implementation and deployment of solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar

• Holds in-depth knowledge on physical databases, SQL, BI, reporting tools, ETL tools, data modelling tools, OLAP and data mining tools.

• Experience with at least 1 time going through the complete lifecycle of the solution

• Knowledge of UML and can design applications in UML

• Experience in working in Scrum developments
