YOUR MISSION
As an AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining our AI strategy with customers, bridging business needs with cutting-edge technologies. You'll help organizations unlock the full potential of AI by designing innovative solutions, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI architectures in the cloud.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and implement AI-driven workflows for structured and semi-structured data processing.
Build solutions that generate rich metadata, including domain classification, glossary mapping, sensitivity tagging, ownership suggestions, and data quality indicators.
Develop hybrid automation logic that converts legacy ETL flows into PySpark pipelines using deterministic rules and LLM-assisted reasoning.
Create automated documentation pipelines for PySpark codebases following standardized, audit-ready templates.
Generate data quality test plans, such as Great Expectations suites, from user story acceptance criteria.
Combine rule-based logic, LLM prompting, retrieval, and validation layers to ensure accuracy and controlled adoption.
Define confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop review steps, and validation checkpoints for safe AI usage.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical AI principles
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing
Monitor models in production and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance metrics
Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Strong experience in Python and data engineering workflows.
Hands-on knowledge of PySpark, ETL/ELT development, and data transformation logic.
Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration patterns.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks such as Great Expectations.
Experience working with metadata, governance, lineage, and data catalog concepts.
Ability to analyze source code, business rules, and structured requirements to generate useful automation outputs.
Experience with validation frameworks, testing, and quality assurance for AI-assisted systems.
Good understanding of on-premise to cloud migration patterns.
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, or hybrid rule-and-LLM architectures.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Haystack for building LLM pipelines, retrieval systems, and orchestration layers.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
Experience in enterprise data platforms and governance-heavy environments.
Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and deployment practices for data solutions.
