Our client is currently transitioning their SAP IT operating model to a product-oriented approach. In this context, they are looking for a Business Analyst who would like to support their Group SAP HR+ product. A SCRUM/Agile approach is practiced in the products - the focus is on both the operation of current solutions and implementation of new tools and solutions. They run on an S/4HANA system with a high emphasis on leveraging a good user experience through for example Fiori.
They have the ambition to transition to a private cloud solution by 2027 and follow a Fiori-first approach.
As a Business Analyst, the consultant needs to take care of the following tasks:
Together with colleagues in the Product Team, the consultant is constantly working on improving business processes and applications linked to HR by analyzing, describing and defining business requirements as well as their modeling,
Definition and validation of user stories and definition of acceptance criteria according to the requirements,
Preparation of the test scenarios and support of the test and acceptance processes,
Ensuring 2nd level support of applications provided by the HR+ product
Identifying and analyzing bugs in the system and proposing solutions for correction
Advising the Product Owner and challenging the customer on functional specifications regarding the optimal IT solution
Working with various stakeholders and product teams in Germany and Belgium to evaluate, prioritize and plan the further development and maintenance of the product,
Preparation and implementation of workshops and training courses together with the department
Further development of specialist reporting and implementation of data analyses to support business decisions,
Independently manage new requirements, write functional specifications and functional documentation of the technologies.
Ensure that the technical solution fits to the business process and aligns with corresponding products on interfaces and dependencies (e.g. Finance, Controlling. Procurement).
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst Experience with S/4HANA and SAP HCM module, the standard functionality, and the extension possibilities is necessary.
Experience with working in a Fiori context.
Knowledge of SAP Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) are a plus.
Knowledge of complex systems integration within the SAP modules and technologies with SAP S/4HANA, HCM, SuccessFactors are a plus.
As the team supports several custom Fiori apps, setting up and maintaining Fiori Apps is a plus
Understanding the logic of Business Partner integration is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (SAP public and/or private Cloud) is a plus.
Other requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to think outside the box and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Capable of forming the bridge between the business and the HR+ product team.
Good communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
Good knowledge of BPMN and UML and functional documentation skills
Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch/French. German knowledge is a nice-to-have.
