For our customer based in Luxembourg - a European Institution, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term mission in the area of implementing standards, methods and classifications for the production of comparable, reliable and relevant data.

For the needs of the client, you need be based in the area of Luxembourg (~2 hours by ground transportation), and you will have the flexibility to work on hybrid mode (1-3 times weekly in the office).

More specifically, you will be responsible for…

• Conducting a thorough analysis of business requirements, developing functional specifications, and performing testing for the IPT and EGR applications

• Supporting the profiling process activities and quality assurance, addressing production team and stakeholder requirements (particularly from Member State production teams)

• Preparing and updating existing dashboards in data visualization tools like Power BI to visually convey information to stakeholders in a meaningful way

Are you the perfect match?

• University degree (BSc/MSc).

• A minimum of 5 years of specific expertise in IT business analysis.

• A minimum of 10 years of specific expertise in Oracle / SQL.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI.

• A minimum of 5 years of specific expertise in application support / testing in the field of official statistical production.

• Oracle / SQL certification:

• English C1 (French B2 is a bonus)
