For our customer based in Luxembourg, an International Organization, we are looking for

two Technical Business Analyst / Test Specialist - Junior and Senior.

As Technical Business Analyst / Test Specialist you will be in charge of:

-Analyzing the users needs in order to came up with the best solution for their hype;

-Organizing workshop with the key users;

-Strategically projecting the improvements in terms of process and/or logic solution;

-Elaborate the solution in collaboration with the stakeholders;

-Define the test strategy, the elaboration and the execution plan;

-Be the owner of the test execution plan;

-Analyze the errors and the dysfunctions in order to product a recap document.

You may be the person we are looking for if you have:

-Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economy/ Management or a related field;

-Knowledge about functional analysis and testing;

-Knowledge about tools to manage project: Scrum;

-Knowledge and experience in using tools to model test cases;

-Fluent English level and you speak a good level of French (b1 level);

-Understanding of JIRA, BPMN, XML, SQL, UML ;

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
