Within the People & Tech Solutions department, the People Strategy & Change Office drives and coordinates the strategic activities linked to people management, anticipating and supporting the needs of internal clients. This entity plays a key role in strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring the implementation of the HR strategy, Change Office, and Technology Centre.

Your role will contribute to:

  • Supporting organizational transformation initiatives at the corporate level.

  • Reinforcing corporate culture, leadership culture, and employee engagement.

  • Promoting digital HR practices (HRIS, Data Analytics, AI...).

You will be primarily involved in the delivery and deployment of change management in strategic projects.

Tasks

  • Define and implement communication, training, and stakeholder management actions.

  • Create clear and engaging communication materials, in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Organize and facilitate events and workshops.

  • Assess the needs and impacts of projects and initiatives in terms of change management.

  • Define and execute an appropriate change plan, in close collaboration with project/program managers.

  • Identify necessary resources and activities to ensure successful change delivery.

  • Be present on the ground to deliver key messages, capture needs, and coordinate between stakeholders.

  • Support and manage resistance to change in complex environments.

  • Foster a change culture across the organization in collaboration with the Corporate Change Manager.

  • Contribute to the visibility and positioning of the team and department through cross-functional initiatives.

Profile

  • ADKAR/PROSCI certification – Must have

  • Proven experience in application of change management approaches and methodologies, particularly ADKAR/PROSCI – Must have

  • Proven experience in CHANGE MANAGEMENT (Senior – minimum 7 years) – Must have

  • Proven experience in CHANGE MANAGEMENT in transformation projects/programs (from strategy to implementation) – Must have

  • Proven experience in creating communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks on change strategy) – Must have

  • Proven experience in developing a change culture – Must have

  • Proven Experience in implementation of a Change Agent Network in a project context – Must have

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management – Must have

  • Proven experience in conducting project change impact analyses – Should have

  • Proven experience in facilitation of working sessions and workshops with project stakeholders – Should have

  • Proven experience managing resistance in complex projects – Should have

  • Proven experience reporting at management and executive levels – Should have

  • Knowledge of the Belgian energy market, its challenges, and its stakeholders – Nice to have

  • Understanding of application-related challenges in the utilities market (especially SAP) – Nice to have

Languages

  • Bilingual French/Dutch – Must have

  • Professional level of English (B2) – Should have
