1.       Microsoft Expertise & Awareness

• Share Microsoft best practices and expertise within the IT team (M365 (EMS E3)), Azure, Entra, AD, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune, exchange, AIP).
  Deliverables:
  Pedagogical explanatory document (Video, Document, URL, etc.) - Deadline : Mid-Mission
  IT Team training plan - Deadline : Mid-Mission
  Necessary and sufficient administrative skills in all its areas are transmitted to the IT team for the management of the tenant. - Deadline: N-1 month of the duration of the mission

• Provide a strategic vision of the Microsoft roadmap taking into account the KEGT context
  Deliverables:
  Vision architecture M365 - Deadline : Mid-mission

2.       Cybersecurity & Identity

• Provide continuous cybersecurity support across Microsoft Tenant and in relation with on premises infrastructures.
  Deliverables:
  Logbook Available, Shared and Viewable - Deadline: for the duration of the mission

• Enhance security posture by aligning Microsoft configurations with ISO/GMP and internal cyber governance.
  Deliverables

• Make proposals - Deadline: First version two months after the start of the mission

• Implement proposals upon validation according to a project plan defined and accepted by KEGT

3.       End-User Empowerment

• Actively support EGT-wide Microsoft awareness through coaching, documentation, and targeted support for end users
  Deliverables:
  Pedagogical explanatory document (Video, Document, URL...) - Deadline: N-1 month of the duration of the mission
  Ensure end-users are confident, well-trained, and fully operational on Microsoft tools. - Deadline for the duration of the mission

• Coach dedicated IT staff to become autonomous in running pedagogic sessions.
  Deliverables
  Logbook Available, Shared and Viewable - Deadline for the duration of the mission

• Assist in ensuring Copilot (all users + Pro version) is properly configured, tested, and adopted.

4.       Microsoft Projects – To be finalized

• Intune Phase 2: integrate all mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, rugged devices) to increase security and ease of management.

• Azure Information Protection (AIP): deploy classification and protection of sensitive information company-wide.

• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT): finalize optimization of computer configurations (extra delivery leveraged from prior expertise).

• Participate to the security improvement of the AD

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Power Platform).

• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and access policies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (security baselines, retention, DLP, conditional access).

• Configure and enforce Intune device and application policies for secure BYOD and corporate devices.

• Support collaboration tools (Teams channels, SharePoint sites, OneDrive sharing).

• Monitor service health, incidents, and usage reports; troubleshoot issues.

• Optimize M365 service adoption and provide user guidance / training.

• Collaborate with the SOC team for security incident response and threat detection.

• Work with procurement and/or management to manage licenses and cost optimization.

• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (3+ years) administering Microsoft 365 in a mid-sized environment (200+ users).

• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

• Understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID, conditional access).

• Familiarity with compliance and security features (M365 Security & Compliance Center, DLP, MFA, audit logs).

• Experience managing M365 licensing and subscriptions.

• Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation are a plus.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Support IAM implementation (in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager).

• Guarantee regular cadence and quality of delivery.
