What you need to have:

• Experience:

  • From 0 to 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Good understanding of mainstream programming languages (C++, Java,…).

  • Interest in new technologies.

  • Having experience on an IBM z System, COBOL, REXX, JCL is a strong asset.

• Availability:

  • Willing to work outside of Business Hours.

  • Being part of a 24/7 On Duty rotation.

• Autonomy: Being able to work autonomously:

  • Learning bits of the system by reverse-engineering programs.

  • Analyzing new technical requirements.

  • Understanding the custom infrastructure.

• Initiatives:

  • Being open-minded about new activities, new tools and new projects

  • Taking initiatives for preventing issues rather than waiting to solve them

  • Pro-actively documenting tasks and procedures

• Diligence:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making technical mindset

  • Well organized

  • Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English and French

  • Team-worker

  • Stress-Resistant
