Contract Administrator | Full-time contract | Athens - GR


The position is integral part of Project Management Office reporting on the responsible Manager.

Trasys Greece is looking for a Contract Administrator to develop and build the appropriate channels with internal and external stakeholders under the context of his/her role. This position refers to large EC framework contract(s) implementing various IT Projects and Services.

The Contract Administrator will perform, under a full-time contract, a wide range of duties including the following:


  • Serve as the lead point for matters related to the position e.g. contract management, invoicing, POs handling, supporting Legal department etc. 
  • As integral part of Project Management Office should execute and support on all activities related to his/her main department in alignment with his/her Manager. Among others, according to supportive, controlling and/or directive role of PMO might be called to monitor, control and or drive the execution of delivery Projects ;
  • Follow-up and report the overall progress of the contract, and offer coordination for implementation issues related to more than one project;
  • Suggest best practices for improving of programme performance, including for the implementation of the Service level management strategy in collaboration with Presales and Delivery ;
  • Support Presales on procedures and process related to the handling of sales contracts;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology, BA, sales or related area;
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or relevant role in IT sector;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple contracts and projects under organization portfolio, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
  • Experience on SAP project and/or other Portfolio management platform would be desirable;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Experience in Software application environment and development life cycle;
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including staff, managers, executive and C-level;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

  • Flexibility for travel and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Certification on PRINCE2, or PMP, or 3PMO would be considered an asset.
