For one of our main clients based in Brussels - an European Institution, we are looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the area of democracy and evidence-based research to support the EU policies. You will play a crucial role in an EU Academy project (e-Learning platform) - strategic research process related to institutional learning strategies for external stakeholders, working and aspiring professionals, and businesses.
As Customer Relationship Manager, you will perform the following tasks:
Act as single-point-of-contact vis-Ă -vis the DGs, Services, Agencies and EU Institutions using EU Academy.
Provide expert advice on defining policies and strategies for content, records, archives and information management, including capture, selection, retention and digital preservation.
Plan, organise and follow-up on the activities of the business interest group (BIG) and key stakeholder group (KSG)
Create and maintain a knowledge base for the project, using collaborative tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Office365.
Create and maintain a customer contact list, and regularly follow-up with customers to track their needs and satisfaction, as well as their interest in the purchase of extended services.
Create and maintain a capacity plan, matching customersâ future needs in terms of courses and learners to the available capacity of the EU Academy IT platform.
Create and maintain a pricing plan, providing full cost transparency to customers and ensuring that the projectâs costs are covered.
Create and maintain each customerâs service level agreement.
đ The role is on hybrid mode from Belgium where the office presence is required once or twice a week, therefore being based in Belgium or relocating to Belgium is mandatory.
Job requirements
đȘ Are you the perfect match?
Masterâs degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in:
Standards and best practices in the domain of records, archives and information management, digital preservation and public access to documents.
Customer management and corporate services, as well as advanced skills in SharePoint administration and data analysis.
Design and implementation of content, records, archives and information management systems in public or private sectors.
Implementation or support of large-scale, enterprise-grade multi-user information systems, active participation in projects implementing or using Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or long-term digital preservation platforms.
Information management, ontology design, metadata management, open data technologies, document encryption, digital signature, full-text search techniques and semantic web technologies.
Agile process and methodologies.
Familiarity with web services, enterprise integration patterns and best practices as well as knowledge of cloud platforms and database management systems will be considered as an asset.
Configuring, customising and operating document management information systems such as OpenText Documentum, Alfresco or equivalent document management platforms is an advantage.
French language knowledge is considered a big plus.
