For one of our clients within the European Institutions in Brussels, we are currently searching for 3 Functional Analysts. If you would like to work inside an organisation that deals with the improvement of human health and not only, then you should read the below:

Responsibilities: 

• Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise 
• Analysis of the integration of different information systems 
• Data analysis and data modelling 
• Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users 
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting 
• Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations and service level agreements associated with information system infrastructure services or projects
  

Master degree in IT or in a relevant field ( equivalent of 5 years of studies)

Minimum 9 years of experience as Functional Analyst

Proven experience in requirements analysis, performance analysis and business process modelling ( UML, BPMN, etc)

Knowledge of development and architecture design methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, RM-ODM, RUP Agile, PM2 or PRINCE 2 Agile)

Knowledge in ontologies and terminologies in eHealth and pharma is an added value, but not mandatory
