Your mission:

Trasys Greece is building a Consulting practice to turn our EU Framework Contracts into high-impact advisory engagements. You will lead business development, delivery, people, and P&L, shaping a team that partners with EU institutions on digital strategy, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, and program delivery. Main duties and expected results areas for his/her service line:

1) Business Development & FWC Activation

  • Own the opportunity pipeline stemming from existing FWCs (e.g., DIGIT and other EU institutions/agencies), including account planning, positioning, and capture strategies.

  • Lead bid/no‑bid decisions; orchestrate compliant and compelling proposals (technical approach, delivery model, staffing, and pricing).

  • Build senior relationships across EU DGs/agencies, primes, and subcontractor networks; shape demand and influence work orders.

  • Establish a framework for governance (processes, SLAs, KPIs) to industrialize how Trasys identifies, qualifies, and staffs mini-competitions and requests for services.

2) Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee advisory engagements (e.g., digital strategy, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data/AI, cloud, portfolio/program management), ensuring scope control, quality assurance, and benefits realization.

  • Sponsor major engagements as executive escalation point; run delivery reviews, risk logs, and corrective actions.

  • Institutionalize methods and toolkits (Agile/PMI/PRINCE2/ITIL, consulting blueprints, reusable assets) to accelerate time‑to‑value.

3) People Leadership

  • Build and lead a diverse consulting team; define role architecture (Consultant → Principal), competencies, and career paths.

  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management; champion a feedback culture and continuous learning.

  • Align staffing to demand; optimize utilization and billable mix while protecting employee wellbeing.

4) P&L Ownership & Operations

  • Own the practice P&L: revenue forecasts, pipeline health, pricing, utilization, delivery costs, and margin optimization.

  • Define rate cards and commercial models (T&M, fixed‑price, managed services, outcome‑based) aligned to EU procurement rules.

  • Implement governance & reporting (weekly pipeline, monthly P&L, quarterly strategy reviews).

  • Ensure contractual, legal, and compliance adherence (EU procurement frameworks, data protection, security, IP).
