Mission

Strengthen compliance and governance within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) perimeter by drafting and structuring all policies, procedures, and processes related to access to nuclear information.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and maintain up-to-date IAM documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines).

  • Ensure consistency and alignment of documents with regulatory requirements (NGMS – Nuclear Generation Management System, NIS2, Income, ISO 27001, internal/external audits, ...).

  • Translate technical practices into clear and understandable documentation for different stakeholders: ExCom, management, IT operations.

  • Collaborate with the IAM team and internal auditors.

  • Contribute to the establishment of IAM governance and role-based access control models.

  • Guarantee traceability and audit readiness of IAM processes.

  • Support knowledge transfer and team continuity (potentially preparing for succession of senior staff).

Profile

  • Proven experience in Technical Writing / Documentation in IAM / IT Security contexts.

  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts, ISO 27001, NIS2, and IMAP methodology.

  • Ability to structure and simplify information for multiple audiences.

  • Languages: fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team player and user-oriented.
