ICT Sales Manager


We are looking for an ICT Sales Manager who will be responsible to build up (create from zero) international sales opportunities of our ICT services. The function requires strong interactions with the Delivery Manager and the Operation Divisions. The candidate will be a member of the Sales team of NRB and perform a wide range of duties including the following:

  • Acquire new accounts by targeting, identifying and visiting customers (hunting 75%) internationally;
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and win their trust;
  • Follow a strategic sales plan that expands company’s clients base and ensure its strong sales presence globally;
  • Analyze and closely monitor the evolution of clients and identify opportunities (acquisitions, growth, etc.), threats (solvency problems, buyouts, etc.);
  • Determines the sales goals, and plans tangible initiatives for achieving them, working together with the Directors of Trasys Greece and NRB's sales team;
  • Being responsible for Tender and Partnership Management by developing strategies for tender responses, coordinating tender submissions, and managing partnership engagements;
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the upper management.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following:

  • Have a higher education or University degree with at least 6 years of international experience in Sales, Account Management;
  • Experience in the International Organizations sector is mandatory. The primary responsibility will be sales development within European Institutions and other international organizations, with a particular emphasis on the chemical sector. Experience in other sectors will be considered an asset;
  • Have the ability to successfully address specifications in the context of sales with adequate level of details and quality;
  • Show leadership, creativity and professional ethics;
  • Αbility to develop a network and forge strategic links with clients;
  • Ability to operate autonomously but also as member of a team;
  • Curious for new technologies and willing to work in an international environment; 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is considered as assets);
  • Flexibility for frequent travel and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
