As a  Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will anticipate with the Delivery executives the staffing needs for our IT projects. You will be a true contributor to the growth of the company by providing highly qualified IT candidates (employees or freelancers, mainly developers, testers, software architects, DevOps engineers, business analysts, etc.), in a short time frame. You will thrive on creating an outstanding candidate experience and client satisfaction to ensure a successful long-term relationship.


Your daily work routine will include: 

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build high-quality active and passive candidate pipelines;
  • Managing the recruitment process A-Z;
  • Identify, screen and hire talented IT candidates within the International IT sector and follow the full life-cycle of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring process;
  • Identifying and attracting talented people for our clients, the European Institutions based in various EU Member States;
  • Passionate about people and able to build qualitative and long-lasting relationships with people from around the world;
  • Stress-resistant and assertive to deal with a high-pressure and rapidly changing environment;
  • Organised and punctual in order to keep up with a multitude of assignments, information, clients, and processes;
  • Building strong relationships with your internal and external clients;
  • Be meaningfully involved in marketing activities and events that promote our company culture to IT  professionals.


  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational/Occupational Psychology or related field;
  • At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in IT (development, testing, infrastructure…);
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of searches and projects autonomously;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer-centric professional experience;
  • Experience managing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, various job boards, etc.);
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher) and preferably French;
  • Good team spirit and accountability for working in a multi-cultural and international environment;
  • Fulfilled military obligations.
