Internship - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will join the Talent Acquisition Team for International Staffing. This team is dedicated to recruiting talented IT consultants from all around Europe for our clients' projects - based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland. 

Our people are at the heart of our company's succes and as a top player amongst the International IT services companies. As a Talent Acquisition trainee you will be involved in the identification and attraction of talented people for our clients, the European Institutions based in Luxembourg and other various EU Member States. Concretely you will learn how to;

  • Source IT professionals from all over Europe;
  • Perform first screenings and build a strong relationship with your candidates;
  • Support on the set up of a partnership with Luxembourgish and surrounding countries' universities for internship programs; 
  • Prepare a candidate file for the European Institutions; CV preparations, interview coaching, interview reporting,...
  • Collaborate with a large team of sales, recruiters and sales support officers in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements

Ideally, you are; 

  • In the process of obtaining a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources at a Belgian University and your internship is in this context ;
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French is considered an asset;
  • Passionate about people and improving the workspace, autonomous, punctual and organised;
  • You possess great communication- and relationship building skills; connecting and interacting with new people gives you a boost;
  • You are curious by nature, quick to pick up new skills and to take initiative;
  • Any international, multicultural experience is considered a plus, whether it be an Erasmus or internship experience
