YOUR MISSION 

Your main responsibilities :

• Build/maintain/upgrade/manage our DataProtection portfolio through an innovative approach and a vision focused on market demands
• Be responsible of the operating procedures, data migration and development operations (onprem/offprem)
• Identify, develop and organize DataProtection solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the customers
• Provide solutions which are Cloud provider agnostic to meet the customers’ needs and preferences
• Regularly evaluate our Dataprotection offering and be pro-active
• Communicate the designs to the involved technical, security and development teams and guide them to provide customers with efficient services
• Take part of presales activities to answer requests for proposal, present and defend NRB’s DataProtection services portfolio to customers - in this context you work in close collaboration with the sales and pre-sales teams
• Analyzes the needs of customers and prospects, the feasibility of their projects - advises on the possible technical solutions
• Identify and communicate with the major stakeholders and other third parties and partners

YOUR PROFILE

Technical skills

• Master degree in computer science or relevant field
• 3-5+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting DataProtection Solutions (internal, Cloud based, hybrid)
• Experience with and strong understanding of Dataprotection Tools (IBM Spectrum Protect, DELL PPDM, netbackup, veeam...) and their Cloud possibilities
• ITIL knowledge and use
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, PHP, Python, PowerShell, use of RESTapi
• Knowledge of Most Operating systems, Windows, Linux (all brands), AIX…
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (network/storage/virtualization/containerization/security/HA-PowerHA/Clusters/DBs)
• Understand the technical aspects/restriction/security/challenges of running in a mutualized infrastructure
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/Red Hat OpenShift) is a plus
