For our customer based in Warsaw, Poland - an European Institution, we are looking for an IT Process Designer/Workflow Designer based in Poland to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector and law enforcement. You will play a key role in managing business architecture, guiding solution designs, and fostering collaboration among business architects and project teams to ensure coherence with the customer’s long-term vision.
Please note that the role requires 80-100% hybrid presence at the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, meaning that being based 2-3 hours by ground transportation from Warsaw will be required.
More specifically, you will be responsible for…
Designing, validating, and testing IT business processes for achieving business process excellence
Taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a continuous improvements of business processes
Generating and maintaining process documentation
Coaching users on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes Collaborating with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements
Implementing performance monitoring for IT business processes
Other specific duties as assigned by the client’s ICT SCSMT team leader.

Job requirements
Are you the perfect match?
University degree (BSc/MSc)
At least 3 years (full time) experience in IT processes designing and business analysis
At least 10 IT processes designed and 5 IT processes improved
Good knowledge of information systems matters
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative IT business processes
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.) Practical knowledge of a business architecture and its elements
Practical expertize in requirements elicitation and analysis
Experience in using systems modelling tools like Enterprise Architect or others
Possess good knowledge of UML or BPMN
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Excellent communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
Very strong sense of responsibility
Accuracy and attention to details
Very good organizational skills
Very good reporting skills
Supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service oriented attitude
Forward looking with a holistic approach
High level of motivation and initiative.
