IT Security Consultant

Job description

For our customer based in Brussels, an European Institution, we are looking for an IT Security Consultant to support the preparation and coordination of ongoing and upcoming risk assessment projects.

You would be responsible for drafting security policies; drafting and reviewing security plans; to ensure that the project meet the security standards and document everything about the project.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field;
  • You have at least 9 years of experience in similar tasks;
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies such as ITSM2 or equivalent;
  • Proven experience with ISO 27000 series;
  • Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills;
  • Excellent command in English (written and oral communication);
  • Ability to integrate in an international/multi-cultural environment;
  • Quick learning ability is required, being organised, versatile and a results-oriented team player;
  • Experience and skills with project management.

Nationality and Security Clearance

As a Personal Security Clearance of level "EU SECRET/SECRET EU" might be requested for this profile, only candidates with a valid EU citizenship will be taken into consideration.
