You will be part of the IT support team during the construction and operations readiness phase of a large-scale project. The role involves supporting site-based activities and coordinating IT needs in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT Service Desk support for end users.

  • Support IT operations during the construction and operations readiness phases.

  • Work on site, coordinate with contractors/workers, ensure smooth IT-related operations (valid VCA-VOL certificate and driver’s license B required).

  • Install, configure, and inspect IT and Telecom equipment (Cisco, Dell, etc.).

  • Manage end-user devices (laptops, phones, printers, etc.).

  • Take ownership of incidents, troubleshoot and liaise with regional IT functions for escalation when required.

  • Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.

  • Document interventions and follow IT processes.

Technical Environment:

  • Windows 11

  • O365 (Microsoft 365 suite)

  • Active Directory

  • Cisco (networking)

  • Dell hardware

  • IT Ticketing System (experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar is a plus)

Profile:

  • Junior IT profile with hands-on experience in IT support.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of issues.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a construction site context.

  • VCA-VOL certification required (our prepared to get it).

  • Driver’s license B mandatory.

  • Proactive, structured, and communicative.

Languages: English mandatory, Dutch is a strong plus
