CONTEXT

We are looking for a motivated Workstation Technician (IMACD Front Officer) with a strong organizational mindset and an interest in IT asset management. You will be responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining IT hardware assets within our company.

Your MISSION

• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, etc.)

• Ensure proper documentation of all assets in the IT asset management system

• Assist in asset deployment, tracking, and recovery processes

• Support procurement and stock management of IT equipment

• Work closely with IT support teams to ensure assets are properly assigned and maintained

• Follow ITIL best practices for asset management

• Generate reports and assist in compliance audits related to IT asset usage

• Provide administrative support for IT asset-related contracts and licenses

You will join the Workplace Logistics & distribution team at NRB Herstal.
The team consists of around 10 people and is part of the Modern Workspace Solutions & Services department.

Your PROFILE

• You have a degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

• You have strong organizational and administrative skills

• You are detail-oriented and ensure accurate documentation

• You are customer- and solution-oriented

• You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with others

• You manage your priorities and stress well, especially when handling asset requests

• You are autonomous and proactive

Your technical skills :

🔹 Basic knowledge of IT hardware components (laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.)
🔹 Familiarity with IT asset management tools and tracking systems
🔹 Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🔹 Experience with inventory management and data reporting is a plus
🔹 Understanding of ITIL processes related to asset lifecycle management
🔹 Fluent in French AND Dutch – English is a plus
