NRB International Organisations (Trasys) has built a track record of over 30 years of working with International Organisations, leveraging and supporting digital transformation projects. Today we are a major ICT partner for the European Institutions, European Agencies, National Authorities, as well as for International Public Organisations and Corporation all throughout Europe.


We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Key Account Manager to support the growth of our Consulting division.


Work location will be based in Brussels or Luxembourg.


Travels to customer locations in either Brussels or Luxembourg and other European countries are foreseen.


The Key Account Manager will perform a wide range of duties:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on client satisfaction and research to identify new needs of the IT markets throughout Europe
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients (public sector) and promote NRB International Organisations Business Consulting services
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and EU guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT or related fields;
  • Proven experience in Business Consulting/Management Consulting;
  • Experience in a Sales position with exposure to the International Organisations (European Commission, agencies, NATO,...) is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Good team spirit and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment;
  • Strong administrative management capabilities, time management and planning skills, ability to work autonomously and proactively;
  • Professional ethics and ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and staff;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
