YOUR MISSION

As a Key Account Manager , you act as the strategic point of contact for your clients. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, customer satisfaction, and the profitability of the revenue generated (P&L ownership). You build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing accounts.


In collaboration with the Director of the private Sector, you define a strategy to:

  • Acquire new accounts (20% hunting);

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients (80% of your time)

  • Monitor the industry market and the key challenges it is facing

  • Negotiate and actively contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals

  • Analyse and closely track client developments and identify opportunities (upsell, cross-sell of our solutions, etc.)

  • Bring together global teams around the client’s project, both during the pre-sales and bid phases

Job requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 10 years of commercial/sales experience in the Belgian industrial sector;

  • You have solid experience in selling IT services, gained within leading companies in Belgium;

  • You are a natural salesperson and strongly results-oriented;

  • You have excellent time and priority management skills;

  • You work autonomously and are able to leverage your existing network while continuing to develop it;

  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, you have an excellent command of Dutch and French, and a good knowledge of English;

  • Your professional environment describes you as someone bold, persistent, and ethically driven.
