M365 Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled M365 Expert to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services across our client base, ensuring seamless integration and enhancing productivity through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Manage and optimize SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive environments
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365-related issues
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security within the M365 ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems
• Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize the use of M365 tools
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an M365 Expert or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance within the M365 framework
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
