For one of our main clients based in Luxembourg - an European Institution, we are looking for a MS 365 System Administrator with expertise in the domain of MS 365 to ensure continuity of existing projects & join our team in the area of law enforcement - financial supervision, fraud prevention and crime investigation. You will be part of the Digital Services Unit and will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the IT autonomy Programme of the client. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing projects to achieve the autonomy of the organization and provide trainings to the users and onboarding to the newcomers. 

More specifically, you will be responsible for...

• Providing hands-on support in the domain of MS 365: management of Endpoints, using Intune hands-on support;
• Implement solutions within M365 services, ex: maintain up to date Windows application control, implement security recommendation, Windows updates;
  
• Help to drive the adoption of MS 365 based modern workplace technologies;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Collaborate with team members to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements; 
• Provide expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, solution patterns and best practices in M365;
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards for endpoints;
• Comply with the Agile methodology in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the client's M365 tenant; 
• Deliver technical project documentation (procedure/ configuration/ guides).

You need to be based in Luxembourg and work on hybrid mode (50% presence in the office, 50% remote from EU). 

Are you the perfect match? 

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience;
• In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment);
• Advanced hands-on experience in Mobile Device and Workplace Management: Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, patching, Power Shell, PKI, Azure Security Center, XDR;
• Fluent English (C1/C2);
• System engineer experience with on premise Active Directory, Exchange server and/or hybrid environment; 
• Experience in User Identity Management, including some or all of: Azure Active Directory, Licences Management, User Authentication, Access Policies, Identity Protection, etc.
• Experience in Collaboration and Communication, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams Office 365, etc.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps;
• Previous experience with EU Institutions.
