The Marketing director report to our Sales Director.

With his team, he is responsible for the sales enablement, the digital marketing campaigns and analytics (including digital publications) and the events' organization with our partners, administration, etc.


The main missions of the Marketing Director are :

Strategic marketing & Sales enablement:

  • Definition of the commercial offerings & gotomarket
  • Set up of sales trainings, production of sales guides
  • Customers presentations, qualification sheets

Events and lobbying :

Set up & coordination of NRB events, conferences, webinars and seminars:

  • NRB business events - in collaboration with partners such as SAP, IBM or others
  • NRB ‘close customer events’ with key accounts and prospects to deep dive into their business and ICT roadmaps
  • NRB’s participation to third party events and conferences

Marketing & analytics:

- Set up and manage market research:

  • Search, process & analyse research reports from providers such as Gartner, PAC, Whitelane, …
  • Follow up of press and publications on the ICT market, competition, trends in demands or technology , …

- Manage the digital marketing program:

  • NRB website, social media,…
  • Video productions
  • Coordinate SEO, SEA and Social Media Marketing campaigns for awareness and lead generation campaigns

Others marketing missions:

  • Set up and manage hospitality program
  • Supervise the making of marketing material and collaterals
  • Copywriting for the annual report, press releases, advertising, web publishing, event material and presentations, and social media

Key element in this role is the collaboration with the fellow managers of the delivery units, the sales managers (vertical units), the account managers, but also with finance and even with partners, customers and prospects.

In this context he/she sets up and coordinates the yearly exercise (aka the handshake -, workshops) that lead to the yearly budget agreements between all units, next to the sales and marketing workshops, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in Sales or marketing 
  • Experience of min. 10 years in similar functions in marketing and / or sales
  • Good knowledge and curiosity for ICT technology 
  • Experience in digital marketing 
  • Adaptability & flexibility 
  • Good organisaiton 
  • Willing to work in team and collaborate
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fluent in French and in Dutch (write and speak); good knowledge of English
