THE BACKGROUND
For our customer based in Warsaw, Poland - an European Institution, we are looking for Microsoft 365 Specialist to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector and law enforcement. You will play a key role in managing business architecture, guiding solution designs, and fostering collaboration among business architects and project teams to ensure coherence with the customer’s long-term vision.
YOUR MISSION
Please note that, as the role is hybrid, it requires on‑site presence at the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, and you must be located within a 2–3 hour radius from Warsaw by ground transportation.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Administration of O365 Services
Acting as 2nd line of support
Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
Architecting long term changes to O365 Services
Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
Contribution to specifications for solutions based on O365 Services
Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of O365 Services according to the need of the project
Maintenance of system documentation
Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
Reporting on activities
Other specific duties aligned to profile as assigned by ICT Line Manager

Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE
University degree Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
English level B2 (must either hold a certificate or be open to obtain one)
At least 2 years (full time) experience at the similar position
Technical knowledge mastered or to be developed together:
Excellent practical knowledge of O365 Services
Practical experience with administering O365 Services
Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of O365 Services
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms in O365 Services
Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
Soft skills:
Very good communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
Very strong sense of responsibility
Accuracy and attention to details
Very good organizational skills
Supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service oriented attitude
