Following tasks will be performed:

• Preparation of presentations, workshops, short reports on digital-ready policymaking

• Assistance with the management of ongoing activities to promote digital-ready policymaking

• Coordination and review of specific deliverables related to digital-ready policymaking

• Stakeholder relationship management aiming at promoting the uptake of digital-ready policymaking

• Monitoring stakeholder contacts in the dedicated functional mailbox and follow up on them quickly

and efficiently

• Creation, maintenance or review of stakeholder maps or similar

• Involvement in an ongoing AI-powered policy screening proof of concept project

• Regular reporting to the project officer

Job requirements

• Teamwork skills, including ability to work in a friendly, organised, and well-structured manner also

under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder wants and needs

• Aptitude to foster positive relationships

• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status

updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate

• Analysis and problem-solving skills

• Capability to write clear and structured documents, presentations.

• Ability to apply high quality standards

• Advanced digital skills are a plus

• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)

• Experience in organizing workshops with diverse stakeholders

• Knowledge of stakeholder relationship management practices and tools

• Knowledge of digital-ready policymaking is a plus

• Knowledge of the DIGITAL funding instrument and the grant mechanism is a plus

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence is an asset
