PEGA Senior/Lead Systems Architect - 100% Remote for a Major EU Institution in Luxembourg

Job Title: Senior PEGA Systems Architect

We are seeking 4 x PEGA DevOps/System Architects who can enter a long-term project for a major EU Institution, the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.

Specifically, we are seeking 1 x PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) and 3 x PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) certified professionals with a mandatory experience in PEGA Constellation. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, integrating and deploying scalable and efficient solutions using PEGA technology within this team.

About the Role:

The EIB requires consultancy services for automating lending processes using the PEGA platform.

Currently the lending process is being digitalized in Iris, an application developed by the EIB using the PEGA platform. Serapis is the web-based

Front-Office lending tool of EIB. It supports the lending business process from the initiation of new projects, during the evaluation

process, until the validation of associated contracts. It is one of the core bank applications, providing data for the document management

system, the back-office applications as well as operational reporting.

The successful achievement of the objectives involves the following tasks:

• Supporting the EIB experts in defining the architectural foundation of the PEGA lending platform

• Supporting the EIB experts in implementing the PEGA lending platform

• Supporting the EIB experts in integrating the PEGA lending platform in EIB IT ecosystem (authentication, single sign on, etc.)

• Implementing the functionalities required to support Lending activities using PEGA technologies

• Working with the EIB IT teams to integrate the PEGA lending platform and Serapis

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega platform

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher)

• Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) PEGA certified

• Experience in development with PEGA Constellation

• Experience in Pega Deployment Manager

Nice to Have:

• Experience in design and maintenance of complex Pega modules

• Knowledge of Pega Best Practices: guardrails compliance, reusability, modular design, performance tuning

• Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders to achieve target outcomes

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
