YOUR MISSION:

We recently launched a renewed approach to our Managed Staffing services at NRB, and to support our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking to strengthen our team with a dynamic Key Account Manager focused on the Private Sector.

Your Role:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with new and existing clients in the private sector.

  • Leverage and grow your established private sector network within the NRB ecosystem.

  • Contribute to presales and bid management activities to help secure new contracts and partnerships.

  • Take responsibility for account planning and strategic development across your client portfolio.

  • You manage the full Sales, Recruitment, and People Management cycle:

    • Find and qualify new opportunities

    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to match candidates with client needs

    • Close contracts and ensure qualitative follow-up throughout the mission

  • You act as a true people manager:

    • Ensure a smooth onboarding for your consultants

    • Provide regular feedback and coaching

    • Plan evaluations and training to support their development.

Job requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the private sector with strong people management skills.

  • French speaker with good proficiency in Dutch and English .

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, HR).

  • Established network of private sector clients, eager to grow it further.

  • Successful experience in IT staffing as a Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager.

  • Passionate about matching the right candidates with clients and delivering quality results.

  • Able to work autonomously, stay calm under pressure, and motivate teams towards shared goals.

  • Valid driving license (B) and flexible to work from the Herstal office, home, and client sites.
