We are looking for a Project Officer to join our team and assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Mulesoft migration project & our digitalization project


You will work closely with our Project Manager and Project Team, as well with our internal stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of our project objectives and outcomes.


As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support to our project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing testsessions, taking minutes, and reporting progress.
  • Communicating with our internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely and effective delivery of our project outcomes.
  • Conducting research, analysis, and data collection to support our project planning, decision making, and problem solving.
  • Developing and maintaining our project documentation, such as project plans, risk registers, change requests, and status reports, using appropriate tools and software.
  • Assisting with our project quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring that our project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, management.
  • A master’s degree or a certification in project management is an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and coordination
  • Excellent technical skills, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management software, such as MS Project
  • Outstanding soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and time management.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.
