Project Support Officer | Permanent Contract | Athens or remote - GR

Your Mission

As a Project Support Officer within the PMO, you are administratively responsible for ensuring a smooth project start-up to final delivery to clients. You are also responsible for some complete administrative projects and follow them up with your functional manager.


Specifically:

•Provide administrative support to project managers and improve project-related processes.

•Provide administrative support for several internal projects.

•Create projects administratively, including setting up tools, opening time tracking lines, reporting, analysis, and managing documents.

•Implement regular progress reports on existing tools (SAP).

•Closely monitor project billing and follow up with delivery managers and accounting.

Job requirements

•You have a Bachelor’s degree in administration and/or equivalent experience

•You have at least 3 years of experience in project execution and administrative follow-up or support

•Your analytical and organizational skills are widely recognized in your professional environment as real strengths

•Assertive and with excellent interpersonal skills, you communicate effectively with various stakeholders

•Proactive and reactive, you can manage multiple files simultaneously in various fields

•You have an eye for detail, and your administrative management is impeccable

•Taking on responsibilities doesn’t scare you. You manage stress, time, and priorities effectively

•You have a good command of English. Knowledge of French/Dutch is an asset
