Your mission

As a Change Management consultant, you guide clients through the transformation of their company/businesses by designing and implementing Change Management strategies. You interact with employees at all levels of the client organisation (including C-level) and help them understand and get ready for the change. You collaborate closely with the team (Ink Consulting or others) implementing the change itself (M&A, IT transformation, Culture Change, NWoW…) in order to ensure an embedded change approach and to act as the guardian of the employee experience within the transformation.

  • Design the change strategy
  • Assess the change impact
  • Coach & engage senior leaders
  • Lead teams with all types of audience.
  • Design & facilitate impactful workshops for all types of stakeholders
  • Design, deliver & manage communication activities
  • Assess training needs & support the design of training programs
  • Develop change communities across the organisation
  • Identify & manage potential change resistance
  • Assess employees' readiness to change
  • Design employee experience journey
  • Guide and lead the team by helping teammates grow in their role and proactively sharing knowledge

Requirements

Your profile

  • Around 5 years of experience working in Change Management, ideally in consulting
  • Deep interest in human nature
  • Eagerness to be part of and growing as a team
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to adapt to your audience in English, French, and Dutch
  • Proactive & adaptive character
  • Used to interact with C-level and employees at all levels
  • Experience with NWoW is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in accompagnying end-to-end transformation and who is able to lead the full cycle of a change management project. You will be part of a small team with different level of seniority (junior to 20+ of experience) where everyone works and learn together. You will not only get to help clients transform but also to help each other grow as a team. We are commited to delivering high impact in everything we do while paying a particular attention to our team and our life beyond work.
