1. Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance plans using SAP PM.
- Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded and tracked accurately in SAP PM.

2. Asset Management:
- Oversee the lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to decommissioning.
- Maintain an accurate asset register and ensure timely updates in SAP PM.
- Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed.

3. Work Order Management:
- Create, plan, and manage work orders in SAP PM.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of work orders.
- Track the status of work orders and report on progress.

4. Integration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with operational requirements.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure SAP PM system aligns with business needs.
- Facilitate communication between maintenance teams and other stakeholders.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate and present regular reports on maintenance activities, asset performance, and KPIs.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize maintenance strategies.

6. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to maintenance teams on the use of SAP PM.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
- Support users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PM.

8. Project Management:
- Lead or participate in projects related to maintenance and asset management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as required.

9. System Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the SAP PM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with the IT team to implement system upgrades and new functionalities.
- Test and validate system changes before deployment

Job requirements


- Medior to Senior level experience in SAP PM.
- Proven track record in maintenance and asset management using SAP PM.
- Experience in managing large-scale maintenance projects.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PM module.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users.

- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
- Good command of English is a plus.

- Contractual flexibility, a permanent contract or a freelance assignment;
