You become part of a team of 5 project leaders. This team is part of a recent and dynamic team of about 160 analysts, architects, developers, SDMs, service coordinators, PL’s,….

You structure idea’s into realization plans. You formulate a planning and a business case together with the business.

You structure the project and follow-up all aspects. You take responsibility from the GDPR assessment to the Steerco. You ensure all different IT parties collaborate and deliver.

You take responsibility for every IT aspect and bridge the gap to business. On some projects you will have a business PL, on others you will take up that role as well.

You assist the team and business to create more internal structure (portfolio, resource forecasting,…). You work in the existing waterscrum methodology and help us improve it.

Lines of Communication

You will be in contact with the CIO, the infrastructure teams, the business divisions and supporting teams, the architects, analysts, developers, external suppliers, SDMs, the CISO and the DPO.

Qualifications

·         You have at least 8 years of experience as project leader for IT applications.

·         You have worked for at least 2 years in an agile environment.

·         You are open for very regular mobility across all sites of our client in Belgium.

·         Software: SAP ECC6, MS Office, Azure devops, Visio, ServiceNow.

·         Languages: full professional proficiency in English and Dutch and French

·         You have experience in the SAP ecosystem

·         You have experience in HR topics

·         You have experience with Belgian HR topics
