Your main responsibilities :

  • Responsible for supplying the client Security service conform the contract and related SLAs
  • Responsible as the SPOC for all security concerns towards the NRB SOC/SecOps team
  • The assigned person will also monitor and initiate measures to improve the security service quality and/or improve the cost-effectiveness ratio of the services provided 


  • Manage assessments with the NRB SecOps team (identify SLA’s, documentation and knowledge gaps etc…) on the client operational security scope
  • Report to higher management on timeline, progress, risks and issues
  • Informs the client of any technical problems and addresses their concerns and suggestions with them
  • Communication with the client, the NRB SecOps team, and any related vendors to ensure that issues can be resolved in a timely manner, and act as an escalation point for issues and concerns
  • By identifying efficiency areas, the Service Delivery Manager will determine the future Security roadmap to improve the client security maturity
  • Manage external supplier/service providers providing services to NRB
  • Must implement the appropriate NRB procedures in a crisis situation with the escalation to the right participants 
  • To participate in the NRB Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
  • Collaborating on the reporting and KPI’s with the client, improvements, evolutions...
  • Participating and preparing meetings and boards
  • Participating and providing input for client's audits

Job requirements


  • Strong Experience as a Service Delivery Manager
  • Strong Knowledge/Experience within IT and Cyber Security domain
  • Good Knowledge/Experience of ITIL
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible and available
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive and have good team spirit
  • You have an excellent analytical mind and are able to take a global approach to problems; you are structured and organized
  • Leadership, proactive, determined, excellent communicator, real active listener, customer, solution and result oriented
  • You are able to work in both French and English
