The mission consists of assuring the business analysis activities within the Product “OneSAP+ HR – Human Resources”. The objectives of this product are the development, configuration and maintenance of the HR tools used within our client.
Your role in this mission is to support the HR Customers.
Tasks:
Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information.
Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems and proposing solutions.
Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality).
Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions.
Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes.
Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as IT business analyst.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a must with at least Employee Central and 2 other modules
Knowledge of English, plus knowledge of either Dutch or French.
Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
Knowledge of BABOK
Knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN and UML
User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture
