As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trasys International, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy for European Institutions and other major clients across Europe. You will join a team of 4 dynamic TA professionals, where collaboration and shared expertise are central to our culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing proactive talent acquisition strategies across various European countries
Leading the end-to-end recruitment process in close partnership with account managers, delivery teams, and clients
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with IT professionals and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
Advising internal stakeholders on market trends, candidate engagement strategies, and recruitment best practices
Actively contributing to employer branding initiatives (job fairs, digital campaigns, partnerships, etc.)
Driving continuous improvement by suggesting innovative sourcing and selection practices and tools

Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the IT sector or technical consulting environments
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of quality and candidate experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative mindset and the ability to engage negociation
Resilient and adaptable: you remain focused and effective under pressure and tight deadlines
Solid hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter), and other recruitment tools
Fluency in English and French is essential, along with a good command of at least one additional European language, and/or Slavic language
Prior experience working with or recruiting for international institutions or public sector organizations is considered a strong asset
