At NRB/Trasys Luxembourg, our empowered people define the DNA of our company. It is essential to us that the right person is hired in the right position at the right time, which is why we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to reinforce our Talent Acquisition Staffing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment of IT professionals for the European Institutions everywhere throughout Europe.

You will discover how to build strong relationships with account managers, clients and IT professionals, and how to spot the right talent in the blink of an eye. You'll be in charge of attracting them to our company and projects while working together in a close team of 5 other dynamic Talent Acquisition experts. As Trasys International is a renowned IT Service integrator for the European Institutions since more than 30 years, our assignments are very diverse and spread throughout different countries (Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands,....)


In this position you are in charge of 

  • Creating and maintaining a talent network in the information technology domain in various countries,

  • Identifying and attracting talented new colleagues to work at our clients ;

  • Managing the recruitment process A-Z;

  • Building strong relationships with your internal and external clients;

  • Participating to initiatives such as job fairs, social media campaigns, etc

  • We are very open to hear innovative ideas to improve our service or to adapt to new best practices within the Staffing domain.

This position is based in Belgium (Heverlee, Brussels).

Job requirements

Who are we looking for? 

  • University or Bachelor degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Psychology…) ;

  • Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced IT environment;

  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of searches and projects autonomously;

  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and customer-centric professional experience;

  • Stress-resistant and not afraid of short deadlines and working under time-pressure;

  • Pro-active and ambitious personality; always looking to improve what is already in place;

  • Experience managing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, various job boards, etc.) ;

  • Fluency in English is a must. French and/or other EU languages will be a plus;

  • A professional experience recruiting for the international organizations is a nice to have.
