YOUR MISSION

As Senior Project Manager Marketing, you will be in charge, in collaboration with the marketing manager, digital and marketing projects, content creation.

Your main responsibilities :

• To manage several marketing projects in collaboration with the marketing manager

• To create videos for social media and website : customer testimonials, social medias capsules, event aftermovies…

• Création de support marketing varié (ppt, flyer, plaquettes….)

• Contribute to the implementation and management of marketing automation processes based on Salesforce

• Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on the resulting improvement action plans

• To update our website’s content in collaboration with the marketing team: events, products, blog, news, etc. 

• To manage email marketing in collaboration with the marketing team : database management and integration into tools

• To assess the impact of the initiatives performed and generate reports on the concerned KPIs 

• To support the team in the organisation of events & webinars

YOUR PROFILE

The talent we are look for:

You are positive, dynamics and motivated to work on various projects. You are a team player and ready to play a role in various tasks.

• Graduated in marketing or related field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and project management (videos, social media, events, surveys…), ideally within a communication or marketing agency

• Strong interest in ICT and new technologies is a real asset

• Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to make strategic recommendations

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Fluent in French and English (perfect spelling) - Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage

• Valid driver’s license - geographic mobility

• Availability to start quickly
