As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will anticipate with the Delivery executives the staffing needs for our IT projects. You will be a true contributor to the growth of the company by providing highly qualified IT candidates (employees or freelancers, mainly developers, testers, software architects, devops engineers, business analysts, etc.), in a short time frame. You will thrive on creating an outstanding candidate experience and client satisfaction to ensure a successful long-term relation.
Your daily work routine will include:
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build high quality active and passive candidate pipelines
Identify, screen and hire talented IT candidates within the Greek IT sector and follow the full life-cycle of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring process
Develop strong relationships with the Delivery Executives, Account Managers and HR staff in order to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
Actively engage in HR cross-functional projects
Be meaningfully involved in marketing activities and events that promote our company culture to the IT professionals.
University degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational/Occupational Psychology or related field;
At least 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in IT (development, testing, infrastructure…);
Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of searches and projects autonomously;
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and customer-centric professional experience;
Experience managing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, various job boards, etc.);
Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and social media tools;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher);
Good team spirit and accountable for working in a multi-cultural and international environment;
Fulfilled military obligations.
