To keep up, we need a Senior Talent Acquisition & Mobility Specialist like you, someone driven to tackle exciting recruitment challenges and find the right tech talent to fuel our expansion.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll be part of a fun and dedicated Talent Acquisition & Mobility team within our HR department.
You’ll work side-by-side with managers, handling recruitment and internal mobility for both IT (infrastructure, applications, security…) and non-IT roles.
YOUR MISSION
You’ll dive deep into recruitment, internal mobility, and strategic HR projects.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
1. Talent Acquisition (about 80% of your focus):
Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs.
Craft compelling job ads tailored to the right audience, IT experts and more.
Actively hunt for talents via LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal database.
Identify and evaluate IT experts, assessing both hard and soft skills, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers for payroll or freelance talents
Work with managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding for every new hire.
Keep detailed records of your candidate interactions and follow the recruitment process end-to-end (interview reports, reference checks, etc.).
Build strong relationships with managers and HR colleagues to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
2. Internal Mobility:
Support employees seeking career growth or internal moves.
Provide honest, constructive feedback and guidance to help them navigate their career paths.
3. HR Projects:
Get involved in various HR initiatives, from employer branding and job fairs to process optimization and tooling.

Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE :
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (HR, psychology, or related field)
At least 7 years of experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
Proven experience in IT recruitment (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity...) in a corporate environment
Passion for matching the right talent to the right roles.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a knack for building relationships.
A collaborative mindset, able to partner seamlessly with managers and HR colleagues.
Solid experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
You’re great at prioritizing and handling a high volume of searches autonomously
Excellent people skills and a knack for building relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Comfortable conducting interviews in both French and English. Dutch is a plus.
You’ve got strong tech skills, plus you’re savvy with data exploration
