YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a Senior Web UI/UX Designer to contribute to the design of high-quality, user-centered web products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to translate business and user requirements into intuitive, visually consistent, and usable digital interfaces. This role requires strong experience in UX processes, UI execution, user research, and working within established design systems in an agile, international environment.

As a Senior Web UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Drive UX related design work by translating business goals and user needs into effective web interface solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints and deliver aligned design outcomes.

• Transform conceptual ideas, user requirements, and UX inputs into wireframes, high fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Produce UX artifacts such as user flows, process flows, and storyboards to clearly communicate user interactions and journeys.

• Maintain and evolve UI components, styles, and patterns across customer projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to established design standards.

• Design and refine reusable UI components and original graphic elements, including icons, form components, navigation elements, and layouts.

• Support and participate in user research activities (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys) and translate research findings into design improvements.

• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and technical considerations.

• Ensure designs follow best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive web design.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, supported by a strong portfolio of web design projects.

• Solid experience working with and maintaining Design Systems for digital products.

• Demonstrated experience in user research and usability evaluation techniques.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants and auto layout.

• Strong understanding of web UI patterns, responsive design principles, and usability standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and collaborative workflows.

• Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).

• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment; flexibility for occasional travel is required.
