Service Line Manager | Full-time contract | Athens - GR
A role rich with responsibilities and challenges, combining technical expertise in artificial intelligence with business strategy and customer relations.
Your mission:
Trasys Greece is looking for a Service Line Manager to supervise and coordinate a service line dedicated to Consulting for International Institutions. He/she will be responsible for its performance, development and results. The selected candidate will work closely with Management and with both external and internal customers to ensure the efficient use of human, technical, financial, and informational resources. This will be achieved by optimising the processes under his/her responsibility in line with company policies and management directives.
Main duties and expected results areas for his/her service line:
Coordinate the response to customer requests to develop the Consulting activities;
Lead the Consulting activities, recruit staff and organise the missions to guarantee the good delivery of our Consulting assignments;
Responsible for the P&L of his domain of activities;
Defines priorities and deploys them through coherent collective and/or individual objectives that meet the needs of his/her customers and employees by taking into account the priorities, the policies, the opportunities and constraints of the market;
Contributes to the actions decided on to maintain and develop the reputation of the company;
Responsible for compliance with its budgets and deviations from standard costs, and, insofar as it is defined as such, for its Profit & Lost (P&L) result;
Develops and releases the potential of his/her employees, puts them in a position of responsibility, encourages their commitment through framing, feedback, training, recognition, communication, etc., identifies the risks within its scope, proposes and puts in place measures to overcome them;
Coordinates and organises his/her team, ensures good collaboration with the other teams, proposes and implements the actions necessary for the continuous improvement and the security of his/her activities;
Defines and arbitrates the priorities;
Selects, organises and monitors the necessary suppliers and external partnerships;
Defines and supplies an indicator system that allows him/her to assess and report on all of his/her results.
Job requirements
Your profile :
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related fields;
Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Senior Consulting Manager, sales executive, or similar function within a Consultancy company working on digital transformation programs for Europe
ran Organisations;A strong network within the European Institutions ecosystem;
Excellent IT market knowledge and a strong client & partner network within Europe;
Inspiring leadership and strong people management & interpersonal skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment;
Strong influencing, inspirational, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Professional ethics and ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and staff;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
