Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development: Lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on HRSD, portals, app engine, and API integrations.
Implementation Projects: Drive implementation and customization of HR modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior and intermediate developers.
Foster a learning environment, encouraging team members to solve problems and grow independently.
Act as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Training: Support team development by identifying areas for improvement and providing tailored guidance.
Job requirements
What You’ll Bring
Technical Skills
8+ years of experience in IT, including ServiceNow development.
Proven expertise in HRSD (HR Profile, HR Case Management).
Strong knowledge of:
App Engine and custom application creation (e.g., App Engine Studio).
Employee Service Portals (implementation and enhancements).
API integrations.
Bug fixing, maintenance, and enhancements.
Familiarity with Technical Analysis (TA) and Technical Design (TD) processes.
Leadership and Teamwork
Experience leading development teams in an agile environment.
Exceptional mentorship skills with a track record of training junior developers.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
Soft Skills
A continuous learning attitude and a proactive approach to knowledge gaps.
