For our customer based in Warsaw, Poland - an European Institution, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager based in Poland to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector and law enforcement. The customer is enhancing its enterprise architecture (EA) practice to better align ICT projects with strategic business goals. As part of the PROM Office, you will be creating the design and optimization of EA and business process management (BPM) frameworks, reducing architectural complexity, and improving consistency across the Agency. You will play a key role in managing business architecture, guiding solution designs, and fostering collaboration among business architects and project teams to ensure coherence with the customer’s long-term vision.
Please note that the role requires 100% onsite presence at the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, meaning 5 days/week presence in the office.
More specifically, you will be responsible for…
Design and improve the enterprise architecture practice, including BPM frameworks.
Manage and support EA and BPM tools from a business ownership perspective.
Analyze and report on the status of enterprise architecture across the Agency.
Define and manage business architecture, including capabilities, processes, and project portfolios.
Align business architecture objectives with strategic goals and define guardrails.
Support capability-based planning and define the to-be business architecture.
Document and maintain the as-is business architecture and its development roadmap.
Guide and evaluate project compliance with enterprise architecture guardrails.
Prepare conceptual solution architecture and assess project impact on EA.
Coordinate and support the business architects’ community, including training, planning, and communication.

Job requirements
Are you the perfect match?
Education: Master’s degree or Postgraduate University diploma.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in enterprise/solution architecture within IT or digital transformation domains.
Language Proficiency: English at CEFR Level B2, officially certified by a recognized authority.
At least two certifications among:
Master-level certificate in a relevant software development or architecture domain (e.g., TOGAF Certified).
Certified UML Professional (foundation level).
Practical knowledge of formal EA frameworks, e.g., TOGAF.
Proficient in ArchiMate and BPMN notations.
Experience in business architecture and information/data management.
Experience using EA management tools, e.g., LeanIX, Alphabet, BizzDesign.
Experience in business process management and optimisation/reengineering, using modelling tools like Signavio, Aris.
Workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
Experience managing both managerial and technical stakeholders.
Community/team management skills.
Has performed role of key architect in development of at least 2 software systems (one, in the case of the basic profile)[02] Expert in systems architecting in the relevant domain
Expert in designing enterprise level software systems.
Expert in planning capacity and security of the systems.
Holds excellent technical knowledge about: databases, application servers, communication middleware, web servers, GIS services, directory services, systems security on Microsoft platforms, business intelligence concepts, systems integration and Integrated Development Environments.
Expert in designing in UML.
Expert in software development methodologies, lifecycles and artefacts like RUP, ISO12207 and agile methodologies
Proficiency n using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
