YOUR MISSION

As a Solution Sales (AI or Data or Business Packages) professional, you are responsible for driving business development for your specific product line and achieving the expected revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hunting / New Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the market for a specific product line (AI, Data, Business Packages). Focus primarily on acquiring new clients, using techniques such as digital outreach, events, cold calling, and email campaigns.

  • Cross-Selling: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing clients. Support Account Managers by advising on the best solutions to meet client needs, and drive the closure of cross-selling deals.

  • Client Engagement & Awareness: Meet clients and prospects to promote the added value of the company’s solutions. Highlight product benefits and alignment with client business challenges.

  • Collaboration with Presales: Work with presales teams to develop strong, tailored proposals. Refine commercial messaging, ensure client needs are understood, and create executive summaries.

  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor solutions, and technological developments. Adapt offerings accordingly and identify new market opportunities.

Job requirements

YOUR PROFIL

Required skills :

  • Commercial skills: Strong experience in IT solution sales and business development, with the ability to understand client business needs and provide suitable solutions. Ability to identify prospects and business opportunities.

  • Market knowledge: Ability to detect market opportunities (sectoral, contextual, etc.), qualify leads, and apply effective methodologies to optimize conversions.

  • Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of solutions in the specific domain (AI, Data, Business Packages) and the ability to present them clearly and convincingly.

  • Results orientation: Strong capability to achieve and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach.

  • Bilingual FR/NL: As our market is national, fluency in both French and Dutch is essential.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in technical solution sales, with deep knowledge of the relevant domain (AI or Data or Business Packages).
