Talent Acquisition Officer International

Job description

You’ll be acting as an ambassador for Trasys International/NRB when taking on a wide range of assignments. You will be a true contributor to the growth of our company by recruiting top IT talent from all around Europe for our clients who are based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland. 

Not only are you in charge of finding an attracting the right candidates, but also to advice during their relocation, to participate and lead recruitment related projects and events. 


  • Identifying and attracting talented people for our clients, the European Institutions;

  • Managing the recruitment process A-Z; 

  • Building strong relationships with your internal and external clients; 

  • Bringing innovative ideas to improve our service or to adapt to new best practices within Talent Acquisition. 

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

 

We’re interested in professionals who are capable to take ownership on our hiring needs. Seniority doesn't really matter to us, the right attitude does. Success factors: being autonomous and driven, being punctual and organised and having an charismatic, authentic approach. 

  • A Bachelor or Master degree with experience in IT or engineering recruitment;

  • Good knowledge of English and French; any other European language is considered an asset;

  • Excellent relationship building skills, get-it-done attitude, stress-resistant; 

  • Being organised in order to keep up with a multitude of assignments, information, clients and processes;

  • Great sense of responsability; being conscious that we recruit mainly expats and thus people's lives are largely impacted; knowing when to be empathic and give support;

  • Any experience abroad is considered a plus, whether it be an Erasmus, internship or job experience.
