YOUR MISSION
You will be an NRB ambassador. With your expertise, you will support numerous companies and public organizations seeking advice, expertise, services, and solutions to successfully tackle their IT challenges.
You will truly contribute to the growth of our company by attracting the best IT talent.
What do we expect from you?
As a recruiter, you are responsible for attracting, retaining, coaching, training, and motivating IT talent.
You draft job descriptions and publish them through various channels.
You are creative in finding and approaching new consultants, and together with your sales colleagues, you aim for the right match.
You handle interviews and candidate qualification, both online and face-to-face.
You guide candidates throughout the recruitment process up to hiring and onboarding.
Building a network and keeping our database up to date are part of your daily tasks.
You will also participate in job fairs.
You actively contribute to the company’s strategy.

Job requirements
What do you bring to our team?
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have at least three years of experience in a similar HR role.
You speak fluent Dutch or French, as well as English.
Interest in and a basic knowledge of ICT is a must.
You are a people person in the broadest sense of the word: you understand people, and you interact with clients and candidates in a friendly and spontaneous way.
You have a commercial mindset. Building long-term relationships with our NRB Consultants is right up your alley.
