YOUR MISSION

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development, promotion, and continuous improvement of our database solutions. Your mission will involve guiding our technical team towards excellence, convincing potential clients of the benefits of our database products, and actively contributing to the expansion of our market share.

Your main responsibilities :

• Commercial Technical Support: 
  • Provide commercial technical support during prospecting to convince potential clients of the database products.
• Needs Analysis and Technical Expertise: 
  • Analyze client needs, assess project feasibility, and determine technical risks. 
  • Participate in the decision to respond or not to the bid ("bid/no bid").
• Product Responsibility: 
  • Define the product strategy, develop its positioning, determine the pricing structure, and produce the necessary documents. Introduce new solutions in the DB domain into the NRB service catalog to strengthen NRB's market share.
• Custom Client Solutions Design: 
  • Assist in the preparation of technical quotes and design custom client solutions in collaboration with technical teams, Presales, the Account Manager, and Bid Management. Establish technical specifications and create the "high-level" technical design of DB solutions.
• SLA Definition and Global Architecture Proposal: 
  • Determine "service level agreements" to propose solutions that meet client expectations. 
  • Propose a global architecture to the client by encouraging improvements.
• Development and Continuous Improvement: 
  • Encourage the development and improvement of services and products internally to evolve the service catalog and market positioning, increase the quality of service provided by NRB, and reduce costs to deliver the service. Issue recommendations for continuous improvement, automation, and the use of new tools and technologies.
• Technological Watch: 
  • Maintain knowledge at the highest level in terms of architecture and new technologies.
• Internal Communication and Training: 
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a coherent understanding of the products.
  • Provide internal training on the features and benefits of database products.
• Product Strategy: 
  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for database products in alignment with the company's objectives. 
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for existing and future products.

YOUR PROFILE

You exhibit positivity, dynamism, and motivation to engage in diverse projects, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

Your skills:

• Master degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DB-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies such as:

           - Databases: NoSQL; MS SQL; MySQL; Postgress: CosmosDB; Aurora; AWS RDS and Azure relational databases

           - Expertise in public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and OCI

           - Proficiency in on-premise infrastructure systems

• Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
• Orientation towards innovation and growth.
